Slepičí polévka 2 small chicken breasts ½ onion 1 carrot, peeled 1 parsnip, peeled Celery root or 2 sticks of celery 2 pieces of broccoli 2 pieces of cauliflower 1 chicken bouillon cube ½ vegetable bouillon cube Cook chicken in 7 cups of water with chicken bouillon, onion, seasoned for 1 ½ hours. Add rest of the vegetables and let boil for another 30min. Remove meat and vegetables from broth. Crush or slice vegetables and return to broth. Optional: add diced meat to broth or reserve for risotto. Add vegetable bouillon and simmer for another 5min.
