Ptáčky 4 slices 3/4inch thick round steak 2 Tbs olive oil 1 lrg onion 4 slices bacon or ham (not fried) 2 pickles, cut into quarters 2 eggs, hard-boiled, cut into quarters 1 Tbs mustard 1 Tbs flour Pound meat into thin slices. Season. Spread mustard evenly over meat. Add 1 bacon slice, 1 pickle quarter and 1 egg quarter. Roll each slice and fasten with a toothpick. Fry onion in oil until browned. Add meat, 1/3c of water and simmer for 1½ hours, until done. Add water when needed When meat is cooked, remove from pan. Blend flour with 1 Tbs of water to make gravy. Serve with rice or fettuccine.
