Catherine’s Brownies ¾ c flour 1/3 c cocoa 1 cup sugar 1 Tsp baking powder ½ c butter (115g) 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla Cheese filling: 2c ricotta cheese ½ c sugar Beat butter, sugar, eggs, water and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix dry ingredients and then stir into butter mixture. In a medium bowl, beat cheese with sugar and eggs. Butter and flour 9inch cake tin. Spread half brownie mixture in cake tin. Spread with cheese filling and then top off with the remaining brownie mixture. Draw knife through mixture in a zigzag motion to create a marbled effect. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 45min.
