Pasta with broccoli and anchovies Serves 4 2 large broccoli heads 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely 8 anchovy filets 4 red dried chillies, peeled, chopped finely 4 tsp butter 400g pasta 100g parmesan, grated Pine nuts Break up the broccoli head into small bouquets Peel the broccoli stem, chop and place in skillet with garlic, anchovies, chillies and 2tsp butter. Cover and cook over low heat, 8-10min. At the same time, cook the pasta. 4min before the pasta is done, add the broccoli heads (cook until firm) Drain pasta and brocoli. Reserve some of the cooking liquid, approx. 8 Tbs, and add to the skillet. Season, add 2tsp pf butter, half the parmesan, and handful of pine nuts. Mix everything carefully. Serve. Sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan
