Middle Eastern Crumble (Titi) Prep: 30 mn : cooking time: 20 mn : Easy Serves 4 - 800 g spinach- 300 g sorrel- 3Tbs crème fraiche, thick- 150 g feta, cut in small cubes- 3 Tbs Corinthe raisins - 3 Tbs pine nuts- 1 tsp olive oil- 1 pinch nutmeg For crumble:- 150 g flour- 2 Tbs olive oil- 50 g butter- 70 g feta- 1 pinch of salt- 1 tsp cinnamon Put olive oil for the crumble in a bowl and leave in freezer. Mix the spinach, sorrel with olive oil, add crème fraiche, feta cubes, pine nuts, raisins and nutmeg. Preheat oven (180°). For crumble: with your finger tips, mix flour, chilled olive oil, butter and salt. Mash the feta with afork and incorporate into the crumble mixture. Cover the bottom of the casserole with spinach mixture and cover with crumble. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 20min.
