Kymličková hovězí s kedluben
Ingredients
4 slices round steak
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs butter
1 Tbs flour
1 small onion, chopped
3 kohlrabi, peeled and thinly sliced


Instructions
Pound meat lightly. Brown onion in oil, add meat and simmer for 45min, adding water when necessary.
Add kohlrabi to pan, season. Simmer for another 45min or until done.
Make jiška, until dark cream colour. Add to meat with 1/3c water and simmer for 10min.

Serve with dumplings.
