Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients
1 whole chicken
1 Tbs olive oil
1/3c heavy Teriyaki sauce
Instructions
Spread oil in baking dish, add chicken and cover with teriyaki sauce.
Roast, covered, in 400F oven for 1-11 hours. Baste constantly and
add water when necessary.
Chicken is ready when the meat is ready to fall off the bones.
Serve with rice and Chinese vegetables.
